Chef Cam is an incredible talent! I was lucky enough to be guest at a private dining experience of Cam’s. The food was amazing, so flavorful, the presentation was beautiful and the wine pairings were perfect. I would 100% recommend having Chef Cam cater your next weekend event, no matter the size. He is an absolute gem and a master at his craft.

I had the pleasure of working with Chef Cam as he prepared an amazing 5 course meal for our friends during a dinner party this spring. He was entertaining, kind, punctual, tidy and even engaged my five year old daughter while he worked! The food was 5 star with beautiful plating, exciting dishes and phenomenal flavors. He explained each dish as he presented it, in addition to suggesting ahead of time, wine pairings for each course. I would not hesitate to have Chef Cam cook for us again — his talent is note worthy! Each of the guests remarked how delicious the food was and how fun the evening was — this was because Chef Cam did such a great job.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to a dinner party hosted by Chez Vous chef Cameron. There were at least two dishes that had ingredients I knew I did not like, but I kept an open mind and tried them. It was heaven! Even the things I thought I would not like, I loved. Each bite was an explosion! Even more so, knowing full well I do not drink alcohol, he crafted several mocktails that compliment each dish. I was also lucky enough to test a meal prep idea he is working on. Each one I had seemed better than the last. An amazing experience from course to course!

The way Cam prepares food is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. There wasn’t a single thing that I didn’t like, and I’ve gotten to experience his dinners on 2 occasions. I’m a picky eater but said I would try everything and let me tell you.. it was all INCREDIBLE! I tried things I never thought I would and was left wanting more! 10/10 would recommend him for all your dinner party needs!

I was welcomed into a beautiful home that greeted me with the fresh smell of Greek cuisine. I felt a sense of ease listening to sounds of chatter and a melody of soft Jazz. To the first bite to the last, everything was well presented and packed so much flavor. I was happy to have tried the menu in the setting that I was in because I did not feel rushed and that let me enjoy and taste every flavor that was described to me. You will always know the ingredients that you are about to consume. A very enjoyable experience overall.

We booked Chez Vous Chef Cameron for a small birthday dinner for 4 people. We had never tried a private chef before and weren’t sure exactly what to expect, and I’m happy to say were delighted with the personalization of the experience. It started with his preparation of a uniquely crafted cocktail to match the meal, which was his own take on a pastaless Italian inspired menu. We had a 5 course meal that included a starter I’m still craving today, as well as a dessert that I wish I could find in bulk to purchase. We did have some dietary restrictions and we were pleased he easily adjusted the menu to match those while still remaining so unique with his own spin on each course. Learning a bit about each plate also helped to make the experience more personal, and I can’t recommend his services enough for small groups like ours. If you’re looking for a tailored experience that stands out from going to a restaurant you should consider Chef Cameron.
